Niwot Ridge Subnivean Data Retrieval System

The Subnivean laboratory at Niwot Ridge is one focal point of snow hydrological research of the Niwot Long Term Ecological Research program (LTER). The major purpose of the subnivean lab is to house instruments and equipment necessary to investigate snow surface energy exchanges and snowmelt.
