Distributed Snow Depth: 1997
1997 Basin-wide snowdepth in the Upper Green Lakes Valley was derived from
193 snowdepth sampling measurements taken throughout the basin during a May 12-15, 1997
field sampling routine. Mapping of sampling locations was performed manually.
Kriging was the interpolation method used, where the semivariogram form
the sample data indicated a shperical data model.
